None of these questions can grant an accurate answer.

One core thing I ignored when I took up the content writing role was conducting an adequate ‘social listening' process.
Social listening and monitoring has to do with a careful observation of brands or businesses that share similar ideas with yours to glean insights that will better shape your content strategy.
This was one thing that Dora missed out as indicated in the previous email.
It is an essential component of every social media strategy for business.
